I always look out for League Two side Lincoln City’s results as I shared a house with a season ticket holder while at University and often tagged along to see games if I was unable to get to the Reading fixture that week. During that time, I remember then manager Keith Alexander suffering a cerebral brain aneurysm.

It seems that the current manager, Peter Jackson, has now also had some terrible medical news as he has been diagnosed with Throat Cancer. I’d just like to send my best wishes to Mr Jackson and his family, with hopes for a speedy and full recovery.
